Rising Feather: A Captivating Drama of Rebirth, Revenge, and Forbidden Love
Recently, the wave of rebirth dramas has been incredibly popular. First, there was Zhou Ye's "Fragrance in the Shadows," followed by Bai Lu's "Dreams of Peaceful Tranquility." Surprisingly, most people were left bewildered after watching them; the plots were too far-fetched. Qing Que, originally the daughter of Huai Wang, was unjustly blamed for a crime committed by Mu Wang, which led to the downfall of Huai Wang's family. Furthermore, Qing Que was even harmed by her childhood friend, Yun Huan.
This can only be described as a convergence of misfortune and calamity. In her dire circumstances, Qing Que receives help from an old friend of the Huai Wang household and finally gets a chance at rebirth. She transforms into the leading courtesan of a brothel, known as "Que Er," and embarks on her path of revenge. The scenes where Qing Que retaliates against Qing Cheng are incredibly satisfying. This drama combines forbidden love and a motherly undercurrent, with a plot that is both bizarre and compelling. To top it off, Qing Que becomes Mu Wang's concubine, and Mu Wang has a daughter named "Qing Cheng," whose husband happens to be Yun Huan.
Yun Huan and Qing Que were childhood sweethearts, deeply in love. The actor portraying Yun Huan is Li Jiu Lin, standing at 185 cm tall, handsome and stylish. He has previously played supporting roles in major dramas, such as being a sidekick to Zeng Shun Xi and Yang Yang. Now, Li Jiu Lin has finally taken the leading role in "Rising Feather."
Playing the role of Qing Que is Xiao Yu, born in '99. She possesses both beauty and talent, graduating from the Central Academy of Drama. She has participated in several low-budget productions and showcases remarkable acting skills.
Overall, "Rising Feather" is a drama that offers a mind-boggling mix of rebirth, revenge, forbidden love, and motherly elements. Combined with the outstanding looks of the male and female leads, it's hard to resist watching this series. So, have you started watching it? If yes, deduct 1 point; if not, deduct 2 points.
