The new storyline of the TV drama "The Last Immortal," starring Zhao Lu Si, reveals a long-forgotten war between gods and demons that took place 70,000 years ago. It delves into the past of Ghost Lord Xiu Yan and Underworld King Ao Ge. It turns out that Ao Ge and Xiu Yan were once powerful deities born in the ancient divine realm 110,000 years ago. One controlled life while the other controlled death, one governed the heavenly realm while the other ruled the underworld. Their status and power were crucial in the entire divine realm.

However, due to the chaos upheaval, the divine realm was closed off, allowing the demon god Ming Qi to invade. Xiu Yan and Ao Ge, though formidable, proved no match for Ming Qi. In order to confront Ming Qi, Xiu Yan chose to use the forbidden technique of self-destruction. Although he managed to seal the Nine Abyssal Hell, he perished in the process.

To save his brother, Ao Ge collected Xiu Yan's essence and sought the assistance of the Primordial Chaos God to resurrect him using the power of chaos. However, his wife, Tianhou Wuhuan, committed numerous misdeeds and even targeted the true gods. She nearly killed Chi, the reincarnation of the ancient era. Eventually, Chenhui chose to transform into a stone dragon, presiding over the realms of immortals and demons as a form of self-redemption. Despite possessing god-level power, he met a tragic end.

Feng Yuan, the first Phoenix between heaven and earth, each generation of Phoenix undergoes a cycle of death and rebirth. Originally a bodyguard of Hou Chi, Feng Yuan awakened her Phoenix bloodline, becoming the true Phoenix and inheriting the position of Heavenly Emperor from Chenhui. In order to revive Chen Fang, the love of her life, she restrained herself from ascending to godhood and remained in the mortal realms. Huamo conspired with Demon Lord Qing Lin, leading to Lan Feng's demise in the heavenly realm. He could have survived, but he sacrificed the Divine Dew of the Yaochi to save Ayin's life, resulting in his tragic death, evoking deep sorrow.

Dai Tiandi Huashu, after Lan Feng's death, how despicable did she become? Before officially marrying Lan Feng, she already claimed the title of Tianhou. Furthermore, she intentionally sought sympathy by grieving over Lan Feng's death. With the Five High Gods neglecting their responsibilities, she seized control of the heavenly realm. For a millennium, she ruled the heavenly realm, scheming to secure numerous benefits for the Peacock Clan. As the Heavenly Emperor, she committed many heinous acts, such as killing Ayin and suppressing the Eagle Clan, displaying extreme malevolence.

Yufeng Huashu, the leader among the Five High Gods, could not maintain her position as the Heavenly Emperor, as Feng Yuan was the true Heavenly Emperor.
