Plot Synopsis

The assassin Zhao Xiao Ren, nicknamed the "Flash Gate Killer", receives the assignment to assassinate Jun Mo, the master of the Jasmine Manor. She disguises herself as a bride and marries Jun Mo. While the newlyweds act coy with each other on the surface, feelings gradually developbetween them. However, they discover that Jun Mo is actually the exiled seventhprince. This forces them to become embroiled in a treacherous struggle for the throne. Through their attempts to kill each other, they ultimately fall in love. In the end, they work together to quell the various conspiracies around them.
