Su Banxia is a fashion designer who recently received a sudden invitation to a cocktail party, which made her extremely busy, working late nights consecutively. As usual, Jiang Shaoheng came to find Su Banxia but noticed that she didn't respond. He anxiously searched her home but couldn't find her anywhere. He hurriedly went to the seaside, but there was no one there. He went to the company and Sang Le informed him that Su Banxia hadn't arrived yet. Jiang Shaoheng immediately turned around and hurriedly headed back home. Just as he pushed open the door, he saw Su Banxia placing a bag of fruits and vegetables on the table. Jiang Shaoheng approached Jiang Donghai with a photo of Jiang Shaojie and Wei Gaoqian's heart-shaped lock, revealing that Wei Gaoqian and Jiang Shaojie were once lovers. He also informed Jiang Donghai that Wei Gaoqian was the one who pushed Jiang Shaojie to the brink, leading to his suicide. Jiang Donghai was determined to uncover the truth behind Jiang Shaojie's murder. Knowing that Wei Gaoqian had instructed the doctor to administer a drug to Jiang Shaojie while he was in a deep coma, Jiang Donghai decided to take the initiative and fall into the trap.
