Plot Synopsis

"As Long As We Are Together" tells the story of three married couples and their married lives. Through the main characters He Jia Ru and Ye Yi Fan's journey of having a second child and changing houses, a series of heartwarming and humorous incidents unfold, conveying the message that as long as a family supports each other, they can have the simplest and warmest life.

Ye Yi Fan (played by Qin Hao) and He Jia Ru (played by Jiang Xin) are a couple admired by everyone for their loving relationship. When He Jia Ru unexpectedly becomespregnant with their second child, they are unwilling to give upthe baby. They decide to buy an affordable and good-quality new house. However, troubles arise one after another during the house exchangeprocess. Just as they are about to sign the contract for the new house, Ye Yi Fan's father (played by Zhao Liang) suffers a stroke and is hospitalized. The young couple selflessly uses the housepayment to save Ye Yi Fan's father. Fortunately, the elderly man survives the ordeal, but their dream of a new house is shattered.

Their company steps in to helpby offering an internalprice for a new house, on the condition that He Jia Ru's documentary successfully starts filming. The family is once again filled with hope and unity. However, challenges continue to arise. He Jia Ru goes to Xishuangbanna to shoot the documentary after securing the investment, but all the footage is destroyed in a fire. Ye Yi Fan desperately seeks the truth. Eventually, He Jia Ru is vindicated, and the documentary successfully goes online.

The character Song Xiao is so accurately portrayed. He genuinely likes He Jia Ru, but not to a great extent. When it doesn't cause any harm, he's willing to treat her well and show her small favors that require little effort on his part.
