Plot Synopsis

The story mainly revolves around Chen Sinan, a resilient girl with a dream of studyingpsychology, who coincidentally meets Gu Linxing, who appears arrogant and indifferent to family ties. Through their interactions, Chen Sinan discovers that Gu Linxing's outward coldness is merely aprotective shield masking his inner desire for warmth and fear of losing and getting hurt.

As they spend time together, Chen Sinan learns about Gu Linxing'spassion for music and his conflicts with his father. With her warmth and understanding, she gradually breaks down the barriers in Gu Linxing's heart. Under the condition of "mutual benefit," they embark on a "cohabitation" life. During this cohabitation, they support and heal each other, gradually developing feelings for one another. Eventually, they both overcome their inner traumas, break free from the constraints of their original families, confront betrayal, reconcile with themselves, and grow together while embracing their dreams. Together, they walk towards the future.

Although it ispresented in the form of a short drama, from the released trailers so far, it is evident that theplot is tight, the content is rich, and the story unfolds seamlessly. It is compact yet highly engaging. The storyline not only includes elements of redemption and mutualpursuit of love but also incorporates elements of original family, family ties, betrayal, and self-reconciliation. Through these elements, the audience can see their own inner vulnerabilities and, along with the characters in the drama, embark on a journey from brokenness to healing, from reconciliation to restoration.
