Plot Synopsis

Zhao Kai, the young chairman of Shidai Logistics, stood at the helm of a company that had evolved from its humble beginnings in Hong Kong to aprominent multinational enterprise based in the Greater Bay Area. Despite thepressures of the modelogistics industry, he was unwavering in his commitment to apeople-oriented corporate culture. For him, the key to success lay in valuing employees, especially when the looming threat of layoffs due to automation hung over the industry.

When Fang Fang, apassionate entrepreneur, approached him with her ambitiouspromise of "three zeros"—zero complaints, zero delays, and zero lost items—Zhao felt a spark of hope. He decided to bring her on as a franchisee, believing her innovative spirit could helpelevate the company. Her enthusiasm quickly translated into results, and he watched as she began to thrive within the Shidai network.

However, the local government's new motorcycle restrictions soon turned Fang Fang's world upside down. Zhao observed her adapt with remarkable agility, consolidating resources and expanding her team at a rapidpace. While he admired her determination, he also felt the ripples of discontent among other franchisees, whosepositions were threatened by her success.
