How I Married Hua Mulan

Plot Synopsis

Jin Yingjie is a recent graduate who has just stepped out of the university campus, but in every job applicationprocess, she is rejected simply because she is a woman. Faced with the workplace injustice of "preferring a mediocre man over an exceptional woman," Jin Yingjie disguises herself as a man and reapplies for jobs.

Surprisingly, she is hired as the "male" secretary to the General Manager Hao Xin of Haoyun Fashion Company. General Manager Hao Xin has started his own business and launched the "Illustrating the Era" website. However, when Haoyun Fashion Company faces threats, he abandons his ego and steps forward to confront the business rival Yang Chunhong in a game of wits.

In a critical moment, Jin Yingjie helps him, and Hao Xin treats her like a "brother." Thus, the two become close "brothers" fighting side by side, and in the end, they overcome their opponent. Yang Chunhong refuses to give upand sends her subordinates to teach Hao Xin a lesson.

In a moment of danger, Jin Yingjie fends off the attackers toprotect Hao Xin but gets seriously injured herself. During theprocess of rescuing Jin Yingjie, her true identity as a beautiful woman is finally revealed to the world.

Eventually, Hao Xin and Jin Yingjie get married, and at the wedding, Hao Xin's motherproudly announces, "My son has married a Mulan!"
