Heart of Ice and Flame

Plot Synopsis

The story revolves around Mo Bing (played by Huang Tingting), a female general who defends the country. In a moment of betrayal, she is forcibly stripped of her heart and turned into a half-human, half-doll creature. For three thousand years, she endures thepain of losing her heart and wanders the world, changing identities in search of a matching heart. Meanwhile, the most favoredprince of the current dynasty, Mu Yuanqi (played by Li Daikun), also assumes various identities as he searches for the Heart of Crimson Flame, which can cure his mother's illness.

When the domineeringprince encounters the unruly legitimate daughter, theplayboy flirts with the courtesan from the music house, and the vagabond swordsman remains devoted to the widowed doctor... Fate brings Mu Yuanqi and Mo Bing together, who coincidentally marry each other in three different identities. Both of them harbor secrets and engage in a game of acting within thepalace, leading to a love story involving six individuals.
