Plot Synopsis

"Dashing Youth" is apassionate wuxia (martial arts) drama adapted from the novel of the same name by Zhou Munan. It tells the legendary tale of youth, dreams, and chivalry.

Theprotagonist is Bai Li Dong Jun, the young lord of the Hou mansion in the West. From a young age, he has been singularly devoted to the art of winemaking, unlike other youths whoprefer studyingpoetry, military strategy, or martial arts.

Bai Li Dong Jun's (played by Hou Ming Hao)passion for winemaking stems from a childhoodpact with his best friend Ye Yun (played by He Yu) - the two vowed to become "immortal winemakers" together. However, fate had otherplans, and Ye Yunpassed away in an accident, leaving apermanent scar in Bai Li Dong Jun's heart.

Determined to fulfill hispromise to Ye Yun, Bai Li Dong Jun sets out on a journey across the jianghu (martial arts world). Along the way, he unexpectedly befriends other like-minded youths, including the clever Yue Yao (played by Hu Lian Xin) and the skilled Si Kong Chang Feng. Together, they brave countless challenges and hardships, growing and forging their ownpaths in the jianghu.

Through his adventures, Bai Li Dong Jun not only finds a kindred spirit in Yue Yao, but also reconnects with Ye Yun, who has now taken on the new name of Ye Ding Zhi. Inspired by Yue Yao and Ye Ding Zhi, Bai Li Dong Jun begins to re-examine his identity and the responsibilities he must shoulder as a martial artist.

Years later, Ye Ding Zhi, having been manipulated, launches a war to conquer the CentralPlains. Faced with the betrayal of his old friend and the suffering of the commonpeople, Bai Li Dong Jun does not back down. He leads a groupof heroes to the forefront of the resistance against Ye Ding Zhi, determined to save both thepeople and the friend he once knew.
