Bright Time

Plot Synopsis

In the vibrant campus, the relationshipbetween Lan Jing Hui and Ling Dong, who are uncle and nephew, is quite "quirky." Ling Dong, as the "second uncle," is always trying to helpthe underperforming Lan Jing Hui regain his motivation to study, but Lan Jing Hui often causes trouble and rebellion, accidentally "injuring" the unassuming Xiao Xiao Hua in theprocess. From then on, Xiao Xiao Hua's life and studies became closely intertwined with this uncle-nephewpair.

After they were separated into different academic tracks in their sophomore year, the two unexpectedly became desk mates. Lan Jing Hui discovered that Ling Dong was actually his second uncle, and their vastly differentpersonalities made them both want to distance themselves from each other as soon aspossible. But fate seemed to toy with them, and under the strong request of theirparents and teachers, Ling Dong had to take on the task of "reforming" his nephew. Xiao Xiao Hua, the usually unnoticeable girl, was also mysteriously dragged into this "battle."

As timepassed, the three of them gradually formed a tight-knit study group. Theyparticipated in the school's sports meet together, bringing glory to their class; at the arts festival, theyperformed as a team and won thunderous applause. These experiences not only deepened their friendship, but also helped them solidify their own dreams.

As they entered their senior year, they each clarified the direction of their efforts. Lan Jing Hui started to face his academicproblems and reconciled with his mother; Ling Dong also let down hisprotective shell and began to bravely confront his own vulnerabilities; while Xiao Xiao Hua courageouslypursued herpainting dream and embarked on thepath of art school entrance exams.

On their journey of growth, they encouraged and supported each other, and ultimately walked into the college entrance exam venue together. Through their unwavering efforts, they fulfilled theirpromise to attend the same university, and also harvested their own cherished memories of youth.
