Plot Synopsis

**Duo Da Dian Shi Er** is a TV series thatportrays the lives of residents in Beijing's hutongs, featuringprominent actors such as He Bing, Yu Qian, and Zhu Yuan Yuan.

Set against the backdropof Beijing's hutongs, the story spans from the mid-1980s to the modeday, capturing the daily lives, love, friendships, and transformations of the residents over time. The mainplot revolves around the childhood sweethearts Wang Xiao Qing and Du Man Tang. Their relationshipfaces challenges when Wang Xiao Qing's mother disapproves, leading to their separation, but they eventually reunite. Their journey is complicated by the betrayal of Zhang Ze Zhong and the challenges of failed business ventures in the south.

Thirty years later, both Du Man Tang and Zhang Ze Zhong have become caretakers of their neighborhood. Zhang Ze Zhong's commercial ambitions starkly contrast with Du Man Tang's commitment to justice. With the residents' collective efforts, Zhang Ze Zhong's schemes are thwarted, ultimately leading to his forgiveness and redemption.
