Off to an amazing start! The first episode may have had a slow pace, but it skillfully laid out the worldbuilding and the visuals were breathtaking. Whether it was the wide shots or the close-ups, it was a feast for the eyes!
The second episode picked up the pace and the plot unfolded seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail. There were constant twists that left me pleasantly surprised! Both the main and supporting cast are visually appealing, truly a delight to watch!
This drama is so captivating! The romance between Saintess Xin Yue and Emperor Guangye of Donglin is truly heartwarming. The Divine Tree Tai Chu is also adorable, and Meng Yilang is incredibly handsome. I love all the characters and I'm looking forward to the upcoming plot developments.
The plot is very captivating. There are numerous characters, but their personalities are well-developed and quite impressive. I usually watch slow-paced dramas at 1.5x speed, but in this series, the actors often have subtle yet meaningful micro expressions, which make me rewind and watch in slow motion.
The biggest surprise! I initially had no interest in this drama, but after watching it, I was completely hooked. The director did an amazing job, capturing the actors' beauty from every angle.
Every frame could be a wallpaper on its own. Moreover, the plot development is intriguing and incredibly captivating, making it hard to resist watching more.
After watching the first few episodes, I can't help but marvel at the exquisite production quality. The visuals give a cinematic experience. The set design, lighting, and composition are all top-notch.
The actresses are beautiful, and the actors are even more handsome. The overall plot is logical and smoothly executed, without underestimating the intelligence of the audience.
I hope they continue to maintain this level of excellence in the upcoming episodes!
This is truly the most thrilling action-packed drama I've seen in recent years. Everyone looks incredibly attractive, it's like a feast for the beauty enthusiasts. The lead actress's crying scenes are so emotionally powerful.
I absolutely adore every costume in the show. Whether it's the voice acting or the performances, they can be considered top-notch. The director has truly maximized the use of lighting, making every frame a stunning piece of art.
Shang Guan Zui played his cards well by killing his elder uncle. After causing his father-in-law to lose his only son, both Da Shang and Bei Rong are under his control.
He can choose either his (son or son-in-law) as the successor. Now that his only son has passed away, the old master has no one to choose from except his son-in-law. In ancient times, daughters didn't have the right to inherit the throne, so the only option left is the son-in-law.
A woman's perspective understands women! Although there was a slightly dull middle section, it was still quite exciting. It's a good watch when you're feeling bored.
It feels like reading a satisfying novel from middle school. The set design and props have been well executed, and while the special effects may not be top-notch, they know how to make the most of their strengths.
The three female characters have high visual appeal, creating a feast for the eyes in the entertainment industry.
I want to know what benefits the female lead brought to the Donglin faction after she arrived. All the troubles and chaos were caused by him. He caused the deaths of everyone who treated him well, except for the male lead.
His father, his clan, and even the princess, all indirectly died because of him. He always means well but ends up doing harm. He is always arrogant and stubborn, never learning from his mistakes.
How many more deaths will it take for him to grow and mature?
